KEIKO FUKUDA NAMED 10TH DAN
I'm so sorry Gayle Fillman Sensei didn't get to see this...her mentor, 98 year old judo master, surviving original student of Kano Sensei, becomes the first woman and one of only four people to ever be awarded 10th dan.
